I have two complex left ovarian cysts, likely hemorrhagic and they want to do another ultrasound a month later? how big is 33 x 32 x 30?

Not that big: I assume you are giving me measurements in millimeters. 0varian cysts can range in size from 15mm to more than 200mm. Follow up US is the appropriate management for presumed hemorrhagic cysts...they usually resolve.

Depends...: Strictly speaking the answer depends on the units for the measurements you have provided. Presumably however the measurements have been reported in millimeters in which case the size of the cyst is smaller than a gold ball or ping pong ball but slightly bigger around than a quarter.
