Someone has cough, fever around 38-39c and red throat, he took a pcr test for covid19 and came back negative, do you recommend he repeats again the test later or no need because the symptoms were already showing when he took the negative test ?

No if negative: If obtained properly the PCR antigen test is very accurate. There is no need to repeat it during the current illness unless there is distress. Watch for fever, shortness of breath and worsening cough. Drink fluids, take Motrin for fever and rest.
