Im on the depo shot and i been feeling movements in my stomach and i already took a pregnancy test and it came out negative? and i am on my period but it not a lot which the blood is like pinkish?

A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period.
