Requires evaluation: This would require an in person evaluation & testing. trying for more than a year with fertile partners suggests you have a problem. Your system needs to be evaluated for open Fallopian tubes that would allow fertilization if an egg were released. This is not something you can do with meds/herbs or on line advice. Go see a gynecologist.
