I am 38 years old i have tried to get pregnant for years now my partners have had kids of their own i have normal periods up until 8 months ago i stopped having period and i started spotting few times. please help me have a miracle baby?

Requires evaluation: This would require an in person evaluation & testing. trying for more than a year with fertile partners suggests you have a problem. Your system needs to be evaluated for open Fallopian tubes that would allow fertilization if an egg were released. This is not something you can do with meds/herbs or on line advice. Go see a gynecologist.
