Good day, i have been having this heavy feeling on my chest for the past two months and this is a result of me not falling asleep at night. please advise?

Chest heaviness: is it all day or only at night when you lie down? May be reflux or even gallbladder but of course on has to consider heart issues as well and asthma like issue. Famotodine/ omeptrazole may help reflux but follow up w/ MD urgent care for EKG, peak flow or PFTs and ultrasound for gallbladder f/u/ w/ MD this week
