How can u keep a four year old hydrated when everything she drinks comes back up? thank you

Can be difficult..: Very small amounts given frequently can help prevent dehydration. It can be time consuming, but giving a teaspoonful every 5-10 minutes can do the trick. If a child drinks too much at once, it can trigger vomiting. Sometimes popsicles are tolerated better than drinking and provide needed fluid. I hope she feels better soon.
