Urine analysis: I would suggest that you find an urgent care clinic that could do a quick urine analysis to make sure you do not have an underlying infection or something similar. If you can retrieve the bug and take it with you, it would be helpful to the doctor. Sometimes the insect is in the area of your genitals and when you urinate, it falls into the toilet. But this can become clearer when you go in.
