It depends...: ...on the details of the positive blood test. Hepatitis B testing includes tests for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), antibody to surface antigen (HBsAb), and antibody to core antigen (HBcAb). If the only positive result on your blood test was HBsAg, then yes-- it might be the vaccine itself was detected. Of if the other(s), you may be immune and don't need vaccination.
