Multiple causes: Can be infected tooth, infected sinus, or more probably TMJ (jaw joint) problem. See your dentist asap for relief. Often malocclusion (bad bite) associated with TMJ dysfunction, and your dentist may want you to see an orthodontist.

Many possibilities : Other doctors have mentioned the jaw and teeth. It might also be swimmers ear. A bacterial infection of the ear canal. If so you need treatment with ear drops and possibly a wick in your canal. See your doctor to see if your ear canal is normal or not.
