Hello. if some people are asymptomatic when infected with pinworms, how do they get treated and be clear of infection?

Wouldn't matter: Pinworms produce symptoms by creating an itchy rash around the anus. For those who don't, the worms would eventually shed in the feces over time, just like the bacteria that make it into the poop.
