i might have pinworms and a vaginal discharge. do pinworms infect the vagina?

Dr. Lee Ann Roberts

Very rarely: There are a few reports of the pinworms migrating from the lower GI tract (their natural habitat) to the vagina but this is definitely rare. You should see your doctor for the appropriate microscopic examinations.
