I have sle lupus and am a gastric bypass recipient. tsh is at .03. prior bloodwork done 1 year ago shows normal, are either conditions responsible ?

No : Lupus does not give you a low tsh. I would repeat the blood test along with free T4 and T3 (liothyronine) to see if you truly have hyperthyroidism.
