Yes: Let the pediatrician have a look....It may be a classic case of diaper rash, or perhaps it is a yeast infection which may account for the pain with diaper changes. In the meantime, change your baby's diaper often, not allowing them to stay in a soiled diaper fort long. You may also use a barrier cream like a&d or triple paste to protect the skin and encourage healing.
