Uncertain: Green stool often occurs when there is rapid transit of feces through the intenstines - however, in that situation the feces is usually softer. You described hard stool. I looked on line and saw a few individuals reporting dark green stool with carafate - however, I didn't see it mentioned elsewhere.

Is having small amounts of blood in my stool when i'm constipated a sign of colon cancer?

Maybe: Statistically speaking, the blood is more likely to be due to hemorrhoids than colon cancer but it is impossible to tell the difference without performing a colonoscopy. I recommend you see your primary care doctor for a referral to a gastroentrologist or colorectal surgeon.

Blood in stools weight loss constipated. Blood on tissue paper. Im 26 freaking out what to do?

More likely minor pb: If constipated, the rocks you pass likely caused a fissure or scratch in the anal passage which leaks bright red blood onto the stool or puddles in the stool ready to pass. Dark red or purplish stool is more likely to represent polyps or other issues higher in the colon.See your doctor & have this assessed.
