36 yo male. 2 weeks of pebble stone constipation and light brown stool. i have no other accompanying symptom including pain, bloating, etc. something to worry about? should i go have my pancreas and liver checked because of light brown stool? thanks?

Constipation: Yellow or clay colored stools would be more concerning. Increase your fluid intake, increase fiber in your diet and/or take a fiber supplement like Metamucil. If you have no urge or little urge to defecate, try taking senokotS daily as directed as this is a bowel stimulant, is not too harsh, and contains a stool softener. If not improved, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.
