I ve porous deshaped stool with constipation,frequent urination, gas and bloating..... help?

Many possibilities: In the U.S. I would wonder if you have autonomic dysfunction, if you like, a variant of irritable bowel syndrome. In Punjab there may likely be infectious agents associated with these symptoms. I wish I could be of more help but without examining you and possibly even doing some testing it is simply so hard to say. An exam, history, and perhaps simple testing is where to start.
