Possibilities...: You will need to be examined by a doctor. This could be caused by hemorrhoids, which are blood vessels in the rectal area that get inflamed and bleed, especially with constipation/straining. There may also be pain and/or itching associated with the bleeding. In order to know for sure, you need to be examined by a doctor, perhaps a GI doctor, who can look inside with a camera (scope).
