Any position: Normal men, women, boys, and girls masturbate in any position (it's universal). It isn't harmful, as the body goes through similar effects during regular sex with a partner (but too much of anything may become a problem). Masturbation does not stunt height, cause hair loss, make you weak, create heart problems, affect virginity, lower fertility, change your weight, or damage eyes, etc.

Prone masturbation: Frequent male prone masturbation places significant pressure on penis & nerves at its base & may cause numbing to arousal / pleasure. Seek help for delayed orgasms, erectile dysfunction or inability to achieve orgasm in other ways. It may lead to back pain in males & females. Talk to PCM.
