Counseling: Many people are stressed with current Covid problems, job loss and family issues. First step is to find a sympathetic ear from a good friend, clergy, medical social worker, or psychologist. Sometimes hearing yourself discuss these problems helps YOU to categorize them in to smaller solvable tasks vs an overwhelming morass of problems. Psychiatrists can prescribe meds, but doubtful that is enough.

Depresson&Anxiety: In addition to the other good advice you received about starting psychotherapy, your family doc may be able to refer you to one. Also, you can call your state psychological association and they can provide referrals or likely have a website w/a search engine to find licensed psychologists. Peace and good health.
