Could i have a parasite? i keep seeing white chunks in my stool, they do not have a consistent form but i am very worried? sometimes they look like seeds and other times they look like chunks of lettuce? please reassure me i am very worried?

Very unlikely: Most of the parasites found in US are not big enough to be easily seen, especially in stool. The "white chunks" you described are not consistent with parasites.
