Constant headaches: For how long has this been going on ? Nausea / Vomiting? Do you have allergies? Does it respond to tylenol? A constant headahce that does not resolve is concerning may be migraine or sinusitis but also may be idiopathic cerebral hypertension or mass or vascular issue in brain. Go to ER today.
