Itching: Be sure vulva region is kept clean and dry, wear cotton underwear. Avoid use of perfumed soaps or bubble bath. If these simple remedies take care of it, great! Do you see any rash or single bump? Any pain? How long has the itch been bothering you? Many possible causes depending upon the answers to these questions. Hope you feel better soon
