I have itching vulva and clitoris sometime swollen and redden with white discharges which smell fishy?

Vaginal infection: The main cause of vulvar itching is candida (yeast) infection. However, yeast dosn't cause strong odor; fishiy odor usually is due to bacterial vaginosis.
