Yes: A UTI occurs in the bladder. A vaginal yeast infection occurs in the vagina. A woman can certainly have both at the same time (sorry). Ideally, a urine sample is sent for culture and sensitivity so it can be treated with the correct antibiotic. The yeast infection may be treated either by a pill or a vaginal cream. Typically the UTI is treated first, but both might be treated at the same time.

Unusual but yes: UTI or disseminated disease by yeast (candida) occurs mostly in immunocompromised individuals including very low birth weight newborns. In individuals with intact immune system, indwelling urinary catheter can induce focal bladder or kidney infection or disseminated disease. Treatment varies from oral fluconazole to intravenous amphotericin B depending on the severity of disease.
