Low but not none: Damage to the testicles, which make and store sperm, can impact on the mobility and quantity of sperm. These include Varicocele, Infection, testicular cancer/surgery, genetic disorder, undescended testicles, physical injury, long-term use of anabolic steroids, drugs such as cannabis and cocaine, as well as some herbal remedies. Natural pregnancy has a low chance of success. But low is not none.
