Hello doctor, my frnd gave me a fruit using the fork he had used. he ate one piece of guava with the fork then put the same fork into a new piece of guava and then put that into my mouth. i do have bleeding gums. chances of hiv/hepb/hepc/syphil/hpv?

Bleeding gums: Chances of HIV/HepB/HepC/Syphilis/HPV very small. If concerned, see your General Physician or Urgent Care (not ER) for an evaluation. You probably do have, however, an infection. Bleeding gums indicate Gingivitis or Periodontitis, varying degrees of Gum Disease.
