Not safe: You exceeded the total recommended dosage in a day, you also took it more frequently. You want to drink more water over the next day, no more advil or any NSAID, or aspirin, take an antacid or PPI to protect your stomach, call poison control center in your area, go to ER or urgent care if otherwise
