Interstitial cystiti: First you should not take advil on an empty stomach. You can get gastric ulcers and worse GI bleed. You may need to rule out an interstitial cystitis if you experience urinary burning on Advil. Consider a urine analysis and if symptoms recur you may need urology consultation.
