Primary Care: OB/GYN or your primary care can work this up - the first step is usually to take a medication to see if your cycle will come - depending on whether or not you have a period after the medication will dictate the next steps. One ovulation test is insufficient to say if you are having cycles. It is also important to evaluate this as the cells that build up in the uterus may become abnormal.
