Hyper tension?: Not sure what you mean by "tension". If you mean hypertension (high blood pressure) then yes, Fevers can cause spikes in blood pressure. This is because any illness causes inflammation and stress on the body which can affect heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose and many other things.
