Does urine pregnancy test give negative result during 2nd trimester in pregnancy? please tell me what result will home urine pregnancy test show in that case, not blood or usg.

Not a true negative: From the 4th week of pregnancy until after delivery of the baby, the home urine pregnancy test will be positive. Sometimes a false negative result happens, but there will not be a true negative (because a pregnant woman's negative tests are always false negatives). Basically, a second trimester pregnant woman always has positive pregnancy tests.
