Exactly 4 months ago i had a myomectomy. i have finished my oral contraceptive course and now ttc. i already have an adominal pain exacty where the fibriod was removed. is it possile the fibriods are back?

Yes, it is possible: Have your GYN MD perform an ultrasound exam to make sure that there hasn't been a re-growth of an additional fibroid prior to conception attempts to be certain you have a "clean slate".
