Not uncommon: Many teens have some irregularity in duration/cramping/flow amount. When it begins to interfere with your life you may want to talk with your doc about the pill. It was originally developed to treat issues like this but over time the side effect (birth control) became its main use. Low dose products can pace your cycles & may end some of the cramping. There are other treatments too.
