See a doctor: Before you got to,therapy you must determine why numbness exists in the toe. While this could be a spinal cord or spinal nerve issue, these are unlikely causes due to the limited symptoms. Probably caused by foot/nerve injury; regardless, correct diagnosis is needed before treatment. Call you doctor or podiatrist for an examination. Good luck
