Got blood taken a few weeks ago pain is gone. was using my left arm for everything for a week after blood taken. its been 3 weeks and both arms near inside of elbow hurt and feel a certain way especially if i lift something or exert force ?

Arm pain: Having blood taken at a laboratory shouldn't cause bilateral arm or elbow discomfort. Were blood tests ordered because you were having various symptoms that could be due to an autoimmune disorder? Did you overuse your arms at work or exercising? If anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen don't relieve symptoms, consult a rheumatologist for evaluation and appropriate testing.
