Testing: Most likely you had COVID 19 or a viral diarrheal illness. Drink fluids, rest, monitor your temperature and consider a PCR test. If you are positive for COVID 19, isolate for 14 days or three days without fever, whichever is longer in duration. Take Tylenol for fever rather than Motrin.

COVID concersn: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Consider a virtual health assessment to determine if testing is or is not recommended.
