I think i had a stomach bug but symptoms were quite aligned with covid. i have been home since friday last week and the symptoms started on sunday and have been home since. should i stay home and is until monday fine to return to work? feeling better

Testing: Most likely you had COVID 19 or a viral diarrheal illness. Drink fluids, rest, monitor your temperature and consider a PCR test. If you are positive for COVID 19, isolate for 14 days or three days without fever, whichever is longer in duration. Take Tylenol for fever rather than Motrin.

COVID concersn: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Consider a virtual health assessment to determine if testing is or is not recommended.
