I drank 3000 mg of vitamin c i started taking this 3 days ago and got side affects today only. im 110 pounds 5 feet and 2 inches and. i feel nausea, chills, and diarrhea. what should i do to feel better?

I do not think those symptoms are due to vitamin C at 3 gm a day. You may have a gastrointestinal infection, bacterial vs viral. This problem is usually self limited after 2-3 days. You can see a doctor if symptoms get worse or persist more than 3 days. However, you should not continue that high dose of vitamin C because of more risk than benefit. I wonder why you decide to take that high dose.
