Husband and i are trying for a third child with no luck. i have heavy periods that last between 8 and 10 days. no ovulation symptoms.the last few days i've felt a mildly painful stretching/pulling sensation in my uterus. what could all of this mean?

Have your GYN MD perform an ultrasound or other diagnostic study. Fibroids are smooth muscle growths in the uterus that grow in response to estrogen and are more common in black, Hispanic and native born individuals as compared to whites.
