Can be...: A resting pulse ox of 92% on room air is a little low, depending on your age and other factors, like history of lung disease. But, you wouldn’t qualify for supplemental oxygen unless it is below 88% either at rest, with exercise or during sleep. Are you short of breath? If so, see your doctor to help sort this out.
