Depends: You may not require any monitoring if you do not have any symptoms. Some patients experience weakness for weeks after recovery from the infection. Any tests or monitoring would be dependent on your health status. Wish you good health!

Post COVID 19 care: Agree with Dr. Singh. There may not be any specific test requirements if you are doing well. Pulse oximetry might be done - depending on how much your lungs have recovered. Your physician knows your condition best and can tell you if any specific monitoring is required.
