I have been using duac (benzoyl peroxide)for 6 days now stopped due to the patchyness of my skin tone it looks like hyperpigmentation which ive never had before,my skin darkened now its patchy is this temporary how do i fix it is it due from a burn?

Duac&darkening: See below. it may take a few months to fade. Some products may cause less issues

For dark skin Azelaic acid and Adapalene( a retinoiid w/less irritation) may cause less darkening.
