Do a pregnancy test: Having your "tubes tied" does reduce very significantly your risks of pregnancy and of STIs but does not totally eliminate them. Regardless of the method of surgical sterilization used, the risk is quite low.If you are concerned and want to be reassured, check your urine pregnancy test or your blood betaHCG test.If negative, seek an evaluation,diagnosis,treatment of your Gyn and GI symptoms.
