Yes: Tests will be needed for at least 2 reasons: to confirm an infection with Chlamydia if present and to rule in or out other coexistent or separate infections that may cause similar symptoms. Your doc or an Urgent care should be your next step.

Yes: If you think you may have a sexually transmitted infection, you should get tested for more than Chlamydia. 25% of people who have Chlamydia also have gonorrhea. You may wish to get tested for HIV, Hep B (unless you had Hep B vaccination), and Hep c. Wish you good health!
