I have a scab looking on my concha on my left ear. and in my right ear i have what looks like a bump from under the skin. both are non painful. what could it be?

Trauma?: Scab may be from trauma or could be actinic keratosis or basal cell cancer that are common in those areas of sun exposure. If it persists or grows and bleeds get it checked out. Lump under skin may also be trauma affecting cartilage of ear or something unrelated like insect bite reaction. Sorry to not be more specific without pictures.
