Social anxiety: Are you ask us to help you develop a cover story to give you excuses to get out of particular responsibilities? Rather than help you invent an untruth, I think it would be better to encourage you to get professional help. If you are socially avoidant- helping you to be more avoidant - won't help in the long run. Running away from problems doesn't solve them.
