Weak dizzy & fatigue: Chills, dizziness and weakness are common symptoms, may be due to a myriad of medical conditions and denote a systemic cause. Both benign and more serious conditions may be the underlying cause. A 40-year-old male with these symptoms should consult his physician for an evaluation.

Symptoms May Be Flu: Your description is a classic, textbook listing of flu symptoms. You should see your pcp, if it is flu you should treat is quickly, as if left untreated it will worsen and pneumonia is definitely a possibility. Flu season this year is almost over, but it was a bad year. It's worth the trip to the emergent care or pcp to know.
