Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Who or what may have bitten you? You may watch and wait. If the lump more than doubles in size, develops a drainage, local lymph glands enlarge, you get fever or lose weight, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
