Change in menses: The lack of cramps can indicate that something unique is going on. It could be a hormonal fluctuation or a pregnancy. Home pregnancy tests can be positive as soon as the first day of your missed period. Two tests taken 1 week apart starting on the first day of your missed period will give an accurate answer to whether you are pregnant or not. If you are not pregnant, consult your Dr for exam.
