Hard to be specific: This is a description that could represent a condition called papular urticaria.This is an allergy based reaction, often to ingested food or could be from an illness. If food it would fade over days as the food is completely processed which can take a few days. It could arise immediately or a day or 2 after ingestion. A bit of detective work may help identify the trigger.It could be something else
