Need more info: If the white of the eyes is red and there is discharge, it is conjunctivitis, or pink eye, which is a viral or bacterial infection and usually treated with prescription eye drops. If there is redness and swelling of just the eyelid with a pimple, that is consistent with a stye or hordeolum and warm compresses help to resolve. An exam would be very helpful and recommended.
